Jim Reisner, Transitional Pastor

Jim Reisner has been the Transitional Pastor at Marple Presbyterian Church since October 2024. His job at Marple is to provide pastoral leadership and to guide the congregation toward its goal of calling a new installed pastor. He is not here to change Marple to conform to his idea about ministry, but to help Marple be the healthiest community it can be as it enters a new era of its history.
Jim has served congregations in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and now Pennsylvania through his 40-plus years of ministry. He has been working as a Transitional Pastor since 2017.
